• Deliver virtual primary care visits via video and other telehealth modalities • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of adult acute and chronic conditions • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests • Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans • Provide patient education and clinical guidance • Coordinate care with specialists, care coordinators, and external providers as needed • Support patients across the continuum of care, from initial consultation through follow-up • Document accurately and efficiently in Athena EMR and internal systems • Adhere to all telehealth regulations, prescribing guidelines, and state-specific requirements • Escalate care appropriately based on clinical need

• Maintain and update CAQH ProView profiles for all providers. • Complete initial and re-credentialing applications with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. • Track enrollment status, follow up with payers, and ensure timely approvals. • Maintain credentialing files, audit documentation, and compliance reports. • Collaborate with operations and billing teams to support reimbursement and network participation. • Monitor expiration dates and manage re-credentialing processes. • Act as a liaison between providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues.

• Work from the comfort of your home while maintaining regular hours • Collaborate and consult with colleagues on interesting and/or difficult cases

• Handle Daily Claims and Catastrophe Response for Xactimate and Symbility (Core Logic) clients. • Assess damages and report findings accurately. • Communicate clearly and professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance companies. • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines. • Inspect roofs and other physical aspects as necessary.
