• Provide customer service to end users of the platforms • Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and other communications from end users • Attend and present at National and State conferences • Increase growth in product usage across the assigned state(s) • Build and maintain relationships with end users • Schedule and deliver professional development sessions with end users and prospective clients • Document and maintain records of activities and communications with end users • Build and execute strategic plans to enhance and maintain efforts on a statewide basis • Build partnerships with related organizations such as ACTE, NSTA, and other STEM/Workforce Development organizations • Assist in preparing semi-annual progress reports to major customers.

• Track students' academic progress and performance, identifying any challenges they may be facing and intervening as necessary. • Work one-on-one with students to identify their specific needs and develop tailored strategies for success. • Offer support in developing effective study habits, time management, and organizational skills to enhance academic performance. • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure a coordinated approach to student success and address specific student needs. • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, concerns, and interventions for documentation and reporting purposes. • Serve as a mentor or guide for students, offering guidance on personal and academic matters, including career exploration and goal setting.

• Host one weekly 45-minute office hour • Respond to messages within 24 hours (weekdays) • Send welcome and weekly update emails to students • Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders

• Manage and operate the center, providing academic and emotional support to students • Contact new inquiries in a timely manner • Meet with new and returning Oregon students to pick courses • Continuously update student academic plans • Enroll and track courses for learning center students • Assist international students with document authentication • Create and update graduation planners • Track NCAA student progress and update transcripts

• Facilitate eDL professional development workshops for school districts, including: Virtual, live webinar trainings • Face-to-face workshops • On demand video recordings • Use a consultative approach to demonstrate how eDL’s courses and services support instructional goals, district initiatives, and student outcomes. • Deliver engaging, professional, and well-organized sessions aligned to eDL quality standards. • Review notes and district background information prior to each engagement. • Customize workshop materials as needed to address district goals, initiatives, and challenges, using eDL-provided templates and approved resources. • Plan sessions using eDL’s professional development modules to ensure consistency, flexibility, and alignment across workshops. • Partner with eDL staff and the Professional Development Scheduler to ensure smooth planning and delivery of sessions. • Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to support continuous improvement of eDL workshops and trainer resources. • Participate in co-led trainings, onboarding activities, and periodic updates as requested. Training opportunities are scheduled by mutual agreement between the Trainer and eDL.

Role Description eDynamic Learning is searching for test drivers to support the creation of online courses for middle and high school students in information technology subjects. We count on testers to ensure that multi-step processes described in our courses are thorough, accurate, and clear. The company produces online courses in a variety of non-core curriculum subjects with a current focus on career-type electives. The test driver will mainly work on STEM and Computer Science courses. Qualifications - Strong time management skills with ability to juggle projects and to meet deadlines. - Attention to detail. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills. - Professional approach and attitude with team of freelance writers and editors plus internal employees. - Preference given to those with or pursuing an Undergraduate degree. Requirements - Read course content from position or middle or high school student. - Undertake all processes mentioned in the text in the order they appear. - Identify any ambiguous instructions, errors, inaccuracies. - Provide written feedback identifying changes and/or solutions, including screenshots where appropriate. - Liaise with team of editors and writers. - Successful candidates may be invited to audition by testing one (1) unit of a course. - Upon successful completion of the project, we may offer a complete course (6-8 units) to the successful candidate. - We like to develop rewarding long-term partnerships with tester drivers. - We look for testers who produce high quality work, can collaborate with writers, subject matter experts and team members, meet deadlines, can work remotely and who are comfortable using technology.
