Learning and Development Manager

Edged

• Partner with Service and Engineering leadership to identify knowledge or skill gaps across various departments. • Partner with HR teams to align L&D initiatives with the company’s strategic business objectives. • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, field qualification programs, and technical development initiatives. • Curate and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is up-to-date and accessible. • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training programs (e.g., completion rates, employee performance improvements, retention rates).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Development
  • +5 Years in Learning and Development, Training Design, Organizational Development
  • Proficiency with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Instructional Design: Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.
  • Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions about training effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously, from conception to evaluation
