• Lead program management and oversight of construction-related activities for Des Moines-based data center new builds and platform expansion projects, including ownership of scope, schedule, and budget. • Drive cost optimization and schedule acceleration while maintaining quality and operational integrity. • Review constructability of electrical, mechanical, and building systems associated with new Atlanta data center developments and platform optimization initiatives. • Create program scopes, define equipment requirements, support RFP development, assist in General Contractor selection, and support capital approval processes. • Ensure overall program quality, including participation in commissioning, integrated systems testing, and readiness validation. • Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction and coordinate with engineering teams and construction partners. • Record, track, and report key program metrics to internal stakeholders and leadership. • Manage multiple concurrent programs across Edged’s Des Moines platform, including ground-up construction and capital improvement initiatives. • Provide technical leadership and support continuous improvement across scheduling, cost management, risk mitigation, and change management functions. • Coordinate with Regional Senior Program Managers to ensure Des Moines project cash flow aligns with budget and baseline expectations. • Support preparation and analysis of owner change orders and assess schedule and cost impacts. • Coordinate monthly billing processes and financial tracking. • Develop, manage, and analyze complex cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6. • Perform schedule risk analysis, including Monte Carlo analysis, time impact analysis, critical path analysis, and resource leveling. • Ensure Autodesk Construction Cloud and related project data platforms remain current for Atlanta programs. • Produce periodic program performance reports for leadership review. • Support capital forecasting and ensure alignment with platform delivery objectives. • Serve as a leader within the Platform Delivery team and across internal and external project stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with design teams, contractors, commissioning agents, vendors, and operations teams supporting Des Moines facilities. • Travel to Atlanta-area project sites and other Edged facilities as required to support constructability reviews, startup testing, commissioning, and project execution.

• Capital Reporting: Own and deliver monthly capital reporting packages — cost reports, budget reconciliations, schedule of values, variance narratives, draw requests, and compliance certifications. • Cost Management & Controls: Maintain project cost reports, budget forecasts, and cost-to-complete analyses on a rolling basis. • Schedule Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and quality check the GC-submitted schedules for logic, float, critical path integrity, and milestone compliance — escalating schedule risks to project leadership. • High-visibility individual contributor role on one of the fastest growing data center developers in the country.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction. • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to deliver on agreed scope, timeline, and budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, etc.) to meet project goals. • Monitor progress, track milestones, and proactively address risks or issues. • Manage budgets, prepare status reports, and provide clients with clear project updates. • Translate client needs into actionable tasks and ensure internal alignment. • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or solutions.

Role Description The Project Controls Analyst (PCA) is responsible for coordinating the Project Team in the preparation and set-up of the Budget, Cost Control, Cost reporting, and Change Management. He is responsible for the timely update of the Cost Control System and all cost-related tools, as well as variance analysis, progress tracking, and change management of their assigned project. The PCA is intended to perform the activities assigned in autonomy but in continuous coordination with the Project Team. - Coordinate the Project Team in Budget Management, Cost Control, Forecasting, and Change Management. - Drive the development and maintenance of Project Budget from inception to completion, including changes due to Contract Change Orders or Scope related Budget Transfer. - Prepare, maintain, update daily/weekly/monthly & review of Cost Control System. - Prepare, maintain, update & review of Progress Measurement, Monitoring, and Reporting System. - Drive the daily/weekly/monthly update of the ETC and EAC and all time and cost control related tools (Procurement Plan, Staffing Plan, GR Plan). - Analyze, evaluate the forecast, and its comparison with the Current Budget; analyze and report variances. - Analyze, evaluate the performance from Subcontractors in case of Time and Materials Cost Plus Agreement and self-performing resources (if applicable). - Analyze and approve/revise/reject Subcontractors payapps and Suppliers' invoices. - Analyze, evaluate and assess any design-related or field-related change order request from Subcontractors. - Report Forecast vs Budget status to all levels of the project team, company management, and the client. - Coordinate the Owner Billing timely preparation and issuance. - Attend OAC review meetings at project locations (available to travel within the USA). - Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Qualifications - 3-10 years of relevant work experience. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - No professional license is required, but a certification from PMI or AACE is a plus. - Intermediate or Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Hands-On experience in using Project Management System (i.e. Procore, Unifier). - Knowledge of Accounting Systems (Oracle Fusion, Vista, SAP). - Knowledge of Scheduling Software (Primavera P6 EPPM or Oracle Primavera Cloud; ASSTA, Microsoft Project) is a plus. - Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Risk Analysis techniques. - Experience in large industrial construction projects preferred. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Time management skills with the ability to meet reporting deadlines. - Proactive and organized approach to tasks. - Professional attitude with a high level of integrity. - Ability to handle confidential financial information. - Standard working hours with potential peak workload during month-end reporting. - Ability to analyze contractors schedule(s) during both the development phase (baselines) and during active construction to determine need of supervision, equipment, site facilities is a plus. - Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Change Management. - Experience in Scheduling is a plus.
