• Serve as the central point of coordination for data center operations programs across all sites • Develop strategies to improve productivity, measuring performance and operational procedures • Partner with Facilities, IT, and Physical Security teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and execution of operational priorities • Lead standardization of processes, tools, and reporting across the portfolio • Provide direction, strategy and leadership to the Central Operations team • Establish and govern standards for escalation, crisis management, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and operational frameworks • Support enterprise strategy for performance monitoring across all data centers, aligning KPIs and organizational objectives utilizing Power BI to drive efficiency, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in data center operations, mission-critical environments
- Experience managing or administering CMMS and operational systems
- Strong understanding of facility maintenance, critical infrastructure, incident management and uptime requirements
- Experience in data center or colocation environments
- Deep expertise with platforms such as SharePoint, Maximo, eMaint or similar systems
- Experience with EHS systems and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience building dashboards and analytics (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
