Demand Generation Specialist

ECRI

Role Description The Demand Generation Specialist will help execute multi-channel, multi-touch programs that create new sales pipelines, improve win rates, and increase sales velocity. Key responsibilities include executing our marketing and lead generation initiatives as well as serving as the administrator for our marketing automation tool(s) and public website management. This is a highly collaborative role that will give you direct access and opportunity to learn from marketing, sales, and our key business stakeholders, including the opportunity to partner with Global Marketing Managers to further organizational strategic priorities. Essential Functions - Execute a variety of demand creation tactics that create awareness, engagement, and a quality pipeline and convert to sales. - Work with Marketing leadership to ensure website content is up-to-date and landing pages are enabled for promotional tactics. Execute and inform the content strategy of our website properties. - Collaborate to build marketing campaigns using appropriate engagement methods and review deliverability data. - Build and optimize campaigns on search engines, display, and social media end-to-end, from landing page and ad copy to campaign attribution in our marketing tool. - Create and segment lists for use in campaigns based on targets and behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions to optimize success (content downloads, site page visits, etc.). - Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of email within campaigns. - Assist in the preparation of articles, posts, e-newsletters and other content created for relevant communication channels and campaigns. - Partner with our Media Services team to develop graphics needed to create high converting landing pages. - Assist in the data cleaning of leads for proper upload into HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics. - Collaborate with Solutions Sales to ensure proper campaign follow-up is enabled. Additional Responsibilities - Other duties, as assigned. Accountability Metrics - Meet established deadlines for Marketing campaign deliverables with attention to detail. - Contribute to planning and execution of website and campaign initiatives. - Provide guidance and support for multi-channel engagement methods. - Deliver metrics and campaign results monthly in a concise format. Qualifications - 3 - 4 years of experience driving inbound B2B demand generation. - Demonstrated success driving inbound demand generation for sales teams. - Technical abilities to build email campaigns, set up landing pages, implement conversion tracking, SEO, Google analytics, etc. - Experience with marketing automation tools; HubSpot preferred and various website platforms including Shopify. - Strong editorial skills. Education - Bachelors Degree in Marketing Required. Computer Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products. - HubSpot. - Shopify. Position Compensation The salary range for new employees in this position is $55,672.00- $66,806.00, based on background, experience, and skills. In addition, new employees in this position are eligible for all of our benefit offerings, including, but not limited to, health and welfare benefits, 403(B) retirement savings, and paid time off (PTO). Physical Demands This position operates in a remote environment and requires the individual to remain in a stationary position, whether sitting or standing, before a desk or other fixed workspace, most of their workday. In addition, this position requires the individual to occasionally move about their workspace to access and inspect work-related materials, such as file cabinets with physical files and standard office equipment. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including, but not limited to, a laptop, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and phone, as well as effectively communicate information and ideas to a wide variety of audiences in written and oral form.
