Media Analyst Department: Activation - Europe Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Spain - Remote Description This is an entry-level role sits within our Activation specialism which provides campaign analysis for our clients who are among the world’s largest advertisers working with Data Collection and Deliverables for Value Track and Agency Selection via Global Media Platform. Position based in Spain. Required full right to work. Key Responsibilities - Collection and processing of data, which involves liaising with media agencies to organise and co-ordinate the data supply. Media audit and media performance analysis. - Regular contact with agencies to gather data and respond to their feedback. Correct data issues and align matching and benchmarks. - Organising and comparing data, checking and analysing discrepancies between audited data. Provide accurate analysis and high-quality outputs using internal company tools and/or Excel. - Analysis of media campaigns vs. guarantees across cost and quality KPI's on different media channels including TV, Digital, OOH, Radio and Print. - Creating presentations to assist with the consultancy to our clients. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - You will be fluent in English. English is essential for daily communication. - Your education ideally has been focused on marketing, advertising, business administration or similar. - Demonstrates strong organizational skills by structuring tasks effectively and ensuring attention to detail in daily operations. - You have a strong analytical mind. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. This position is for a Senior Application Analyst in the EHR Technology Domain. This role will support the Patient Engagement Team in maintaining and enhancing Epic tools that improve patient-provider interactions. This role focuses on Epic MyChart, Welcome, Bedside and related patient-facing applications, ensuring seamless integration, usability, and compliance with organizational standards. The analyst will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that empower patients and streamline workflows. Serves a primary role in the support of software programs or modules across multiple clinical and/or business functions. Understands the business environment and the impact IT can have on the business environment. Provides analysis and support for installed systems, as well as system implementation and integration projects, which require systems analysis, design, build, testing and implementation for specific modules or applications. Functions as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas during the planning process and provides oversight throughout the project cycle. Builds credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs. Researches requests to determine scope, size and impact. Validates requirement information with the stakeholders to ensure completeness, correctness, and clarity. Validates solutions to ensure it satisfies the stated requirements. Maintains in-depth knowledge of existing systems and certification in the vended application. Able to design, develop, or modify applications, algorithms, or rules via vendor tools or augmented tools developed within Mayo Clinic and are able to validate data integrity of changes introduced.
