This position will work closely with program leaders to assist with sourcing candidates and hiring to ensure recruiting processes are running effectively and efficiently. Your Role in Our Mission  This career opportunity will partner with hiring managers to hone in on the much-needed qualifications per vacant opportunity. You will be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of Direct Support Professionals, Qualified Professionals, and other requisitions as needed. This position is mostly remote within the state of North Carolina with intermittent travel to headquarters in Raleigh and within the assigned service area for career events.   Essential Job Functions: • Develops and posts job openings to electronic recruitment site and other sites as appropriate. • Sources candidates through development of partnerships with accredited technical schools, colleges, and universities, professional organizations, online resources and other tools. • Attends job fairs as appropriate to gain exposure for the organization and open positions. • Verifies Talintel assessments have been completed and scores are appropriate for those programs using the system. • Receives/reviews resumes and applications for minimum qualifications. • Schedules and conducts phone screens for qualified applicants. • Sends qualified applicants to hiring manager for review. • Schedules interviews for hiring manager and other interviewees. • Phone Screens and interviews applicant as needed. • Assists with training on recruitment process and interviewing and hiring when requested by regional and HR leadership What We’re Looking For  To join our team, you must be adept at passive sourcing, have experience providing an engaging candidate experience, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you work smart, build relationships, and continue the ongoing growth of the organization. We also require: Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university or college. • Four years’ experience in staff recruitment, preferably for a non-profit and/or human service related field. • PHR/SHRM-CP/SPHR/SHRM-SCP strongly preferred. • Experience with credentialing requirements for direct service positions preferred. • Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor. • Excellent oral and written communication skills including clarity and articulation of thoughts, appropriate grammar, style, form and punctuation. • General knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices. • Ability to prioritize, coordinate and organize projects with attention detail and accuracy oriented. • Ability to anticipate problems and take the initiative to solve them. • Ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. • Possession of state-appropriate, unrestricted driver’s license and current and valid auto insurance. Specific goals, objectives and stage/phase specific treatment interventions are identified for each assessed need. If deferred, the reason for doing so is identified. Community resources and supports are prioritized as a strategy to assist individuals with meeting their needs.
