Job Requirements

- Knowledge of HIPAA/data governance a plus.

Role Description We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join the PMO team in our Product organization, with focus on driving cross-functional planning and operating model practices for Backblaze. - Coordinate delivery portfolio planning, tracking and reporting practices as required, which includes overseeing the portfolio delivery pipeline across multiple projects, from incoming requests to evaluation/discovery to successful delivery. - Ensure cross-functional alignment on program goals, strategy, scope, timelines, decisions and outcomes. - Facilitate quarterly planning meetings with cross-functional teams, and support the teams with project and epics creation, prioritization and work intake process. - Foster a culture of transparency and trust, apply lean value-driven approach, manage by influence, support and empower technical teams through servant leadership. - Ensure strong lines of communication and regular updates to stakeholders. - In partnership with Program Managers, participate in implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives within Cloud Operations department. Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic client team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in the financial services sector. What you bring to the role - 2–4+ years of experience in Business Planning, Sales Operations, Strategy, Finance, or Consulting style analytical roles. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to move from data → insight → narrative. - Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving inputs, typical of planning and strategy-adjacent roles. - Ability to synthesize complex partner and channel data into clear, executive-level summaries. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and BI tools is a plus. - Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
