• Perform outbound surveys from home with respondents and accurately record their answers • Collect and record opinions on various topics ranging from politics to customer satisfaction • Send collected data to clients to help them make informed business decisions

• Capture user needs and user stories to define product requirements and develop the product strategy • Schedule and lead meetings with software engineers and technical staff to identify issues, develop fixes, and advance project cycles • Manage daily product schedules, objectives, and product backlog, while setting priorities according to customer expectations • Work with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to develop and customize discrete software development projects • Analyze requirements from internal and external clients and transform these into workable units in coordination with their team • Provide leadership with updates on project timelines, contingencies and possible barriers to success • Assimilate, synthesize, discuss, and present complex or sensitive information for discussion with more senior levels of management • Maintain knowledge on emerging trends and push for appropriate decisions in a variety of technology applications • Design and execute plans and policies to guide their team's execution • Grow and develop talent within Software Development • Set roles and responsibilities in collaborative relationships • Support and initiate organizational changes • Challenge the status quo toward end goals • Consistently meet expectations, acknowledging gaps in knowledge in both themselves and their team

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for US and Canadian employees • Manage new hire setups and terminations • Handle banking and tax information • Oversee garnishment process and documentation • Upload payroll files to online payroll service

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements • Design and implement data application components • Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems • Develop and direct security procedures and safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches and protect sensitive information

• Identify, define, and solve basic problems • Ensure solutions meet specifications, cover the “happy path” • Use AI coding agents and other AI tools boldly to accelerate development workflow • Curate technical documentation to support delivery, maintenance • Participate in collaborative relationships • Support organizational changes • Respond to code reviews in a timely manner and make appropriate changes

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated global growth campaigns • Own campaign performance across the full funnel • Design and manage lead nurture and email programs • Develop campaign reporting that connects activity to business outcomes • Serve as a power user of Dynata’s growth marketing technology stack • Collaborate with creative and content partners on campaign asset development

• Management of Team Leaders and project managers under supervision • Manage team workload and assignment flow to PMs • Help manage client relationships for the team’s client accounts • Actively monitor and update management team with key performance indicator data • Identify, seek, and provide training for team members • Proactively communicate with internal and external clients regarding team milestones • Allocate manageable goals based on team needs • Provide timely performance assessments and feedback to foster growth • Reward and recognize performance as appropriate • Communicate department and company strategy to teams • Share knowledge and best practices within Client Services • Contributing improvements to existing processes

• Analyse, define, and independently solve a wide range of technical problems within the frontend domain. • Design and implement solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, including both core use cases and common edge scenarios. • Communicate solutions and trade-offs clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality product increments. • Actively contribute to and support team and organizational improvements, including process and tooling changes. • Participate in code reviews by providing constructive feedback and incorporating feedback from others in a timely manner. • Question existing approaches and propose improvements to drive better outcomes and long-term value. • Proactively take ownership of tasks and contribute where needed to support team goals. • Consistently deliver maintainable, scalable, and high-quality frontend solutions, even under time constraints. • Willingness to participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to support production services.
