Job Description

Production Manager – EdTech Hub IT Team

DOHE

• Analyze 150-200 pages of existing systems and distill them into 60-70 pages of core functionality. • Define MVP scope, manage sprints, and coordinate communication across teams. • Redefine the full Application, Diagnosis, KO, Coaching, EdTech Hub flow as a single process and write functional specs. • Design Information Architecture and Wireframes. • Define core features, manage MVP scope and backlog. • Lead 2-week sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Coordinate communication between leadership, architects, AI lead, dev team, and operations. • Write vendor RFPs, review deliverables, manage change request processes. • Analyze pilot results, define and track KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Senior level of experiences in IT service/platform PM experience
  • PM for B2B SaaS or platform services experiences
  • Requirements docs, functional specs, wireframe authoring
  • Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience
  • Project management tool proficiency
  • Strong technical communication with developers and designers
  • Business-level English fluency required — daily collaboration with a global team.
