Role Description The Associate Director, Strategic Accounts plays a critical role in driving the commercial success and adoption of the Dexter robotic surgical system across key hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). Working closely with the VP of Strategic Accounts, this role supports the development and execution of strategic account plans, manages priority customer relationships, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to ensure strong customer engagement and sustainable commercial growth. Duties and Responsibilities - Strategic Sales Execution - Support the execution of the strategic sales plan across priority health systems and strategic accounts. - Assist in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets through effective account management and opportunity development. - Drive execution of territory and account plans, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and tender processes. - Coordinate cross-functional support from clinical, marketing, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and implementation process. - Strategic Account Development - Build and strengthen relationships with hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). - Support the expansion of existing strategic accounts and the development of emerging accounts within assigned regions. - Serve as a key liaison for assigned accounts, supporting contract execution, implementation activities, and ongoing customer engagement. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and alignment with account growth strategies. - Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification - Monitor developments within assigned markets and accounts to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. - Gather competitive insights and customer feedback through field engagement. - Share market intelligence with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and commercial planning. - Commercial Operations & Forecasting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including customer interactions, pipeline development, and sales progress. - Support forecasting activities and sales reporting to help track performance against key commercial objectives. - Assist leadership in monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for performance improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Enablement - Partner with marketing, medical, and clinical education teams to align messaging, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. - Support the development and deployment of sales enablement materials for strategic accounts. - Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure coordinated execution of account strategies. - Industry Events & Market Engagement - Participate in industry conferences, congresses, and targeted customer events to support awareness and adoption of Dexter. - Assist with the organization and execution of product demonstrations and surgeon engagement activities. - Represent Distalmotion professionally in the market to strengthen brand presence and credibility. - Ethical and Compliant Conduct - Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, applicable industry regulations, and ethical standards. - Maintain transparency and professionalism in all customer and partner interactions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. - MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required. Requirements - 7+ years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare technology, or strategic account management. - Experience with capital equipment sales, surgical robotics, or complex medical technologies preferred. - Demonstrated experience working with hospital systems, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). - Proven ability to support complex sales cycles and engage multiple healthcare stakeholders. Role Description The Clinical Sales Specialist plays a critical role in driving the successful clinical adoption and utilization of the Dexter® Robotic Surgery System within an assigned territory. This position combines clinical expertise with commercial acumen to support surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders throughout the customer journey. The Clinical Sales Specialist partners closely with the regional commercial team to ensure successful implementation, training, and ongoing clinical support for Dexter procedures. By delivering hands-on training, providing intraoperative support, and building strong relationships with surgeons and clinical staff, the Clinical Sales Specialist helps drive procedure growth, customer satisfaction, and the expansion of robotic surgery programs. This person is the sole responsible individual for all Distalmotion activities within their accounts. Duties and Responsibilities - Clinical Support & Case Coverage - Provide hands-on clinical support for the Dexter installed base within the assigned territory. - Support surgeons and operating room staff in the safe and effective use of Dexter before, during, and after surgical procedures. - Provide on-site support during system setup, surgical procedures, and post-procedure activities to ensure optimal system usage and workflow integration. - Support the delivery, installation, and commissioning of Dexter systems at customer sites in collaboration with hospital BioMed teams and OR staff. - Ensure successful handover of the system following installation, including system readiness and operational alignment with hospital teams. - Train and instruct hospital Central Sterile Services / Sterile Processing Departments (SPD) on the proper reprocessing of Dexter reusable instruments. - Clinical Training & Education - Deliver comprehensive clinical training for surgeons and operating room teams on Dexter usage and surgical workflows. - Support surgeons who are new to robotic surgery as well as experienced robotic surgeons adopting Dexter across various specialties. - Communicate and demonstrate the clinical and operational benefits of Dexter robotic surgery to surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders. - Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure confidence, proficiency, and long-term adoption of the platform. - Utilization & Commercial Support - Drive procedure utilization and growth of Dexter procedures within the assigned territory. - Maintain accountability for achieving procedure targets and utilization objectives. - Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and Sales Managers to support commercial goals and customer success. - Promote new Dexter instruments, system upgrades, and product enhancements to existing customers. - Contribute to forecasting and reporting of expected procedure volumes and system usage. - Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, hospital leadership, and clinical stakeholders. - Identify and address customer needs before, during, and after system implementation. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and clinical success with the Dexter platform. - Develop and nurture a network of surgeons and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the territory to support clinical advocacy and education. - Market Development & Events (when needed) - Represent Distalmotion at industry conferences, trade fairs, training programs, and educational events. - Maintain a strong field presence to support the adoption and expansion of robotic-assisted surgery programs. - Support clinical demonstrations and educational activities that highlight the value of Dexter. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. Requirements - Experience in medical devices, surgical robotics, or operating room environments. - Previous experience in clinical sales support, surgical training, or field clinical roles is highly desirable. - Experience supporting minimally invasive surgery or robotic surgery platforms is an advantage. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Ability to work in operating room environments, including extended surgical procedures when needed. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites. We’re looking for a Senior Consolidation Manager in the US (East Coast) to play a key role in our IPO readiness. In this role, you’ll not only lead group financial consolidation, but also collaborate closely with colleagues to shape the systems and policies that support our shared success. Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Senior Consolidation Manager will oversee all aspects of group consolidation under U.S. GAAP, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements. The role also provides support on technical accounting topics such as revenue recognition or financial instruments, IFRS to US GAAP transition, and preparation of technical accounting memos. With Distalmotion preparing for a potential IPO, this position will have a significant focus on developing and implementing consolidation tools, processes, and systems to support IPO readiness and scalable reporting. Duties and Responsibilities - Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP - Manage consolidation processes for multiple legal entities across different countries - Prepare U.S. GAAP entries - Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and coordinate updates where required - Oversee intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies - Communicate relevant information and significant issues to internal stakeholders - Provide training and support to Finance Operations team on new accounting standards, procedures and policies - Provide expertise on complex accounting matters such as revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, share-based compensation, etc. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP changes, assess impact on the Company’s policies and prepare technical accounting memoranda supporting the Company’s positions - Co-lead, with the Finance Controller, the design, implementation, and ongoing management of SOX compliance requirements across the Group - Support stakeholders in adopting and strengthening an internal control culture across the Company - Co-drive improvements in consolidation tools and reporting automation - Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy - Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit procedures Qualifications - Master’s degree in Accounting or related field - CPA preferred - 3+ years of relevant experience in a Big 4 audit firm - Proven experience in U.S. GAAP accounting, technical memo writing and SOX environment - Previous experience at a US Public Company with consolidation responsibilities is a plus - Experience supporting IPO readiness or public company reporting requirements is highly preferred.
