• Serve as the day-to-day manager of DIRTT’s HubSpot platform, including campaign architecture, platform administration, and reporting • Assist the Director of Marketing in executing database maintenance, cleanup, and audience segmentation to ensure list health and targeting accuracy • Build and manage email marketing campaigns across all types: drip sequence (time-based), lead nurture (behavioral-based), promotional outbound, thought leadership, and e-newsletter • Develop and maintain landing pages, forms, and email templates within HubSpot • Manage lead scoring, audience segmentation, and marketing lifecycle stages to ensure leads are properly tracked through the marketing funnel, and report regularly on platform and database performance, campaign activity, and overall digital metrics within HubSpot • Manage all digital inbound lead inquiries daily within HubSpot, ensuring accurate qualification and timely routing of MQLs to the Sales team • Cross-reference inbound leads against Salesforce data to prevent duplication of records already active in the pipeline, and ensuring clean and efficient lead flow between marketing and sales • Report regularly on marketing lead pipeline activity to the Director of Marketing to monitor marketing funnel health and identify issues in the MQL to Sales process • Contribute to the development of digital campaigns that support marketing leads across Awareness, Consideration, and Decision stages of the customer marketing journey with DIRTT • Execute approved campaign plans across relevant digital channels, managing timelines, assets, and performance, from launch through reporting • Build and deliver regular performance reports across all digital channels, including email, organic search, paid media, and HubSpot campaign activity • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing leadership, clearly communicating what is working, what is not, and recommended steps • Track and report on defined KPIs tied to lead generation, marketing funnel contribution, and campaign engagement metrics
Role Description The Cost Estimator is responsible for translating customer requirements, conceptual designs, and early-stage solutions into accurate, risk-informed cost models that enable confident commercial decisions. This role sits at the front end of the value chain within the Solutions Design ecosystem and plays a critical role in shaping deal quality, pricing strategy, and project viability. The Cost Estimator partners closely with Commercial, Solutions Designers, and Project Executives to ensure that every opportunity is grounded in realistic cost assumptions, aligned to product capability, and reflective of operational constraints. What You’ll Do - Cost Modeling & Estimate Development - Develop detailed cost estimates based on conceptual designs, specifications, and customer requirements - Translate design intent into material, labor, and complexity-based cost structures - Build and maintain standardized costing models for repeatable solutions - Ensure estimates reflect current pricing, production capabilities, and supply chain realities - Commercial Decision Support - Partner with Project Executives and Solutions Designers to support bid strategy and pricing decisions - Provide scenario modeling (e.g., value engineering options, scope adjustments, alternates) - Quantify cost impacts of design changes in real time during the pursuit phase - Support margin analysis and alignment with target financial outcomes - Risk Identification & Quantification - Identify cost, scope, and execution risks early in the opportunity lifecycle - Apply risk factors or contingencies based on project complexity and uncertainty - Flag gaps in design definition or assumptions that may impact downstream execution - Contribute to opportunity risk scoring in partnership with Project Management - Cross-Functional Alignment - Collaborate with Design and Order Engineering to validate assumptions - Ensure alignment between estimated scope and what can be executed operationally - Support handoff into Order Engineering with clear documentation of assumptions and inclusions - Participate in design reviews to ensure cost discipline is maintained - Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement - Maintain estimate accuracy tracking (estimated vs. actual cost performance) - Continuously refine cost models based on historical project data and lessons learned - Identify cost drivers and opportunities to reduce solution variability and improve predictability - Contribute to standardization of assemblies, kits, and product configurations Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like) - Estimate Accuracy: High correlation between estimated and actual project costs - Margin Integrity: Projects are sold within target margin ranges with minimal erosion - Risk Visibility: Key risks are identified and quantified before project award/contract - Cycle Time: Estimates delivered quickly enough to support competitive pursuits - Downstream Stability: Minimal cost-related surprises during Order Engineering and Manufacturing Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field - Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or LEED accreditation are a plus - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction cost estimation, preferably in prefabricated construction or a related field - Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) - In-depth understanding of construction processes, prefabrication techniques, building codes, and regulations - Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex project documents and data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present estimates and reports effectively - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits - Competitive base salary plus a variable pay (bonus) program - Eligibility to participate in DIRTT’s Employee Share Purchase Plan - For in-office roles: continental breakfast, coffee, tea, soda, daily hot cafeteria lunch, and snacks - Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage - Disability and insurance benefits, including short- and long-term disability, life insurance, dependent coverage, and voluntary options (may vary by location) - Mental health and wellbeing support, including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - A thorough and supportive onboarding program designed to set you up for success
• Develop comprehensive project plans for projects of $3 Million to $12 Million, including timelines, resource allocation and procurement strategies in conjunction with contractual obligations to mitigate risk and cost overages. • Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, specifications, and contractual obligations. • Evaluate and select installation companies based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness when applicable. • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritizing a safe working environment for all involved. • Develop and lead a systematic approach and dashboard that provides live updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and significant developments or risks.
• Mentor Product Designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth. • Help determine the design strategy and direction for our products, aligning with the company's goals. • Identify opportunities for new products and aid the creation of the business case. • Identify opportunities for improving or retiring existing products and aid the creation of the business case. • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize design projects, ensuring they align with business objectives. • Determine design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners. • Generate creative and innovative design concepts which align with consumer needs and project objectives. • Present design proposals and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval. • Employ Feature-Driven Development (FDD) and Agile methodologies to meet target goals. • Lead and participate in design charrettes and critiques for collaborative design development. • Conduct research to gain insight into user behavior and preferences, integrating findings into the design process. • Create 3D models, CAD drawings, prototypes, and manufacturing information, maintaining a high level of design quality, consistency, functionality, ergonomics, and manufacturing standards. • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA); designing parts, components, and products for ease of manufacturing and assembly by simplifying, optimizing, and refining the product design. • Design for the Environment (DFE); designing for sustainability, considering the whole life cycle by consideration of materials selection, sourcing, packaging and disposal and their environmental impacts. • Research and recommend appropriate materials and manufacturing processes which align with the product pricing strategy, project budget and requirements. • Oversee the development of prototypes and mock-ups to test and validate design concepts. • Collaborate with engineering, production, and installation teams to refine designs based on feedback. • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external stakeholder teams, including solution support, ICE developers, order engineering, marketing and communications, project management and construction partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, production, installers, and product managers, to ensure seamless project execution from concept to production. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
• Drive new business by engaging with potential clients in the healthcare, education, commercial, and public sector verticals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, senior facilities professionals, and other key decision-makers. • Promote DIRTT’s innovative multi-trade prefab construction solutions, offering clients and contractors the value of speed, cost-effectiveness, flexibility, and high-quality construction. • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing, collaborating closely with internal teams and channel partners to ensure project success. • Provide strategic guidance to clients, contractors, architects, and engineers helping them make informed decisions about construction solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling DIRTT's products and services to existing clients. • Contribute to the development of account growth strategies and business development initiatives. • Alongside DIRTT’s Product Strategy team, gather feedback from clients and use this input to drive product and service enhancements. • Act as the partner's advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Educate clients and partners on DIRTT's innovative construction processes and sustainable solutions. • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and sales contracts to clients and partners, effectively communicating the value proposition of DIRTT solutions. • Ensure a smooth transition of active opportunities from the Business Development Manager at or between the Assessment and Negotiation/Design stage. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and objectives. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle. • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise, acting as the technical advisor to all project stakeholders. • Provide preconstruction services by performing quantity take offs, rough order magnitude (ROM) budgets, scope of work delineations and construction proposals. • Collaborate with internal DIRTT teams (like BD Reps or Partners) to ensure seamless project execution. • Work with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, etc. to value engineer and coordinate drawings and approvals. • Assist in the negotiation and execution of contracts and agreements with clients. • Provide regular project updates and status reports to and between DIRTT’s forecasting team, Partners, and Clients. • Manage the pipeline of opportunities alongside the related DIRTT Construction Partners. • Collecting wins and related stories from the field for marketing purposes. • Accurately forecast sales and communicate project requirements effectively to operations and finance.
