Support Developer

Digibee

• Support customers in the development and use of the Digibee Platform. • Help improve customer support by promptly responding to client requests and handling complaints. • Troubleshoot technical issues by diagnosing and resolving faults. • Guide customers through troubleshooting to quickly identify root causes. • Provide consistent, proactive customer support, offering timely and accurate updates and following up until issues are resolved. • Manage multiple cases concurrently and coordinate with internal teams to find solutions. • Execute processes to maintain high-quality customer support service.

Job Requirements

  • Strong programming logic and solid understanding of integration patterns.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB), web services, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, security concepts, certificate usage, and mTLS.
  • Ability to respond to critical incidents quickly and communicate assertively with other teams.
  • Investigative/analytical mindset.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and good written and verbal communication.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Basic networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and DevOps best practices.
