Support Developer
Digibee
• Support customers in the development and use of the Digibee Platform. • Help improve customer support by promptly responding to client requests and handling complaints. • Troubleshoot technical issues by diagnosing and resolving faults. • Guide customers through troubleshooting to quickly identify root causes. • Provide consistent, proactive customer support, offering timely and accurate updates and following up until issues are resolved. • Manage multiple cases concurrently and coordinate with internal teams to find solutions. • Execute processes to maintain high-quality customer support service.
Job Requirements
- Strong programming logic and solid understanding of integration patterns.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB), web services, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, and APIs.
- Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, security concepts, certificate usage, and mTLS.
- Ability to respond to critical incidents quickly and communicate assertively with other teams.
- Investigative/analytical mindset.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and good written and verbal communication.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Basic networking concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and DevOps best practices.
