• System Monitoring and Alerting: Develop and implement robust monitoring systems to identify potential failures, especially post-deployment, ensuring high system reliability and performance. • Deployment Standards: Define and maintain standards for all deployments. • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles. • Source and attract top talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and align on recruitment strategies. • Create and refine compelling job descriptions aligned with business goals and company culture. • Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness and competitiveness. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. • Deliver a seamless, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages. • Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and candidate negotiations aligned with company guidelines. • Support onboarding processes to ensure successful integration of new hires into the organization. • Track and maintain accurate recruitment data within ATS platforms and hiring systems. • Continuously improve recruitment workflows to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve hiring quality. • Monitor and report recruitment metrics and pipeline performance to leadership teams.
Proactively monitor merchant technical health Monitor merchant performance, transaction behavior, errors, declines, latency, and anomalies. Identify potential risks before they become merchant-impacting issues. Raise internal flags when technical or operational risks are detected. Help maintain account-specific dashboards, alerts, and health views for key merchants. Be the main technical contact after go-live Act as the primary technical point of contact for merchant questions and doubts after go-live. Help merchants understand technical flows, configurations, integrations, and platform behavior. Coordinate internally with Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, and Account Management when merchant needs require cross-functional support. Support technical incident management Triage merchant-reported and internally detected issues. Escalate issues to the appropriate on-call, Engineering, Product, or Operations teams. Track resolution and ensure timely internal and external follow-up. Help ensure communication with merchants is clear, factual, and timely. Support post-incident follow-up, including impact explanation, corrective actions, and prevention measures when required. Drive merchant technical improvements Identify opportunities to improve merchant performance, stability, acceptance rate, routing behavior, fraud flows, provider configuration, or processing cost. Partner with Account Management to support merchant expansion and long-term account growth. Help merchants adopt new payment methods, providers, features, or technical capabilities after launch. Build merchant health visibility Build and deliver simple Merchant Health Reports periodically to Account Management and/or merchants. Maintain accurate technical documentation for merchant-specific configurations, customizations, providers, integrations, and known risks. Help prioritize and advocate for merchants’ technical needs internally.

• Asegurar la correcta operación de la plataforma mediante el monitoreo continuo, detección temprana de incidentes y ejecución de procesos operativos definidos, contribuyendo a la estabilidad del servicio y continuidad de los comercios. • Monitorear de forma continua la infraestructura, aplicaciones y flujos transaccionales. • Detectar alertas y anomalías a través de herramientas de monitoreo. • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales básicas para validar el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios. • Recepción y triaje inicial de alertas (Rootly u otras herramientas). • Clasificación de incidentes según severidad (S0, S1, S2) siguiendo lineamientos definidos. • Ejecución de troubleshooting inicial (validaciones básicas, revisión de logs y métricas). • Seguimiento de incidentes hasta su resolución o correcto escalamiento. • Escalar incidentes cuando corresponda, siguiendo la matriz definida. • Proveer información clara al escalar: Contexto del incidente, Impacto inicial, Evidencia (logs, errores, screenshots). • Gestión de tickets en Zendesk u Jira como herramientas de soporte. • Comunicación con equipos internos (Soporte, Customer Success, Ingeniería, infraestructura). • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales en comercios (checkouts, integraciones, flujos de pago).

Role Overview We are looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead DEUNA’s core payments product organization. This role is responsible for defining the long-term vision, strategy, and execution across multiple product pillars within our payments platform. You will lead a team of Product Managers while owning the overall business success, scalability, and innovation of this product area.
