Role Overview We are looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead DEUNA’s core payments product organization. This role is responsible for defining the long-term vision, strategy, and execution across multiple product pillars within our payments platform. You will lead a team of Product Managers while owning the overall business success, scalability, and innovation of this product area. As a GPM, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, engineering leadership, and business impact, shaping the future of DEUNA’s payment orchestration and capabilities platform. You will be responsible for turning complex payment infrastructure challenges into scalable product solutions while ensuring the organization stays aligned on long-term goals. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy Define and lead the multi-year product vision (3+ years) for DEUNA’s payments ecosystem. Identify major new product opportunities within the evolving payments landscape. Drive strategic direction across multiple product pillars and initiatives. Align product strategy with company growth, revenue objectives, and market expansion. Organizational Leadership Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for key product areas. Define team structure, hiring plans, and career development for product leaders. Establish strong product management standards and operating processes. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation. Payments Platform Leadership Drive the evolution of DEUNA’s payments orchestration platform and capabilities layer. Ensure the platform supports critical payment workflows including: Payment connectivity, Payment orchestration, Reconciliation and financial operations, Subscriptions and recurring payments, Disputes and chargeback management Ensure product architecture supports enterprise-scale merchants and high transaction volumes. Cross-Functional Impact Partner closely with Engineering leadership to define scalable technical architecture. Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to translate market needs into product strategy. Remove organizational blockers and drive alignment across teams. Lead cross-team initiatives that span multiple product areas. Business Ownership Own the business performance of the payments product area. Define success metrics and product KPIs tied to growth, merchant adoption, and platform performance. Ensure product decisions balance customer value, scalability, and business outcomes. Market & Innovation Continuously evaluate emerging trends in the payments ecosystem. Identify opportunities related to orchestration, approval optimization, financial automation, and AI-driven payment intelligence. Position DEUNA’s product platform as a leader in enterprise payments infrastructure. Requirements 10+ years of experience in Product Management. Experience leading multiple product teams or managing Product Managers. Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure platforms. Deep understanding of payment ecosystems including: Payment orchestration PSP/acquirer integrations Payment methods and wallets Disputes and chargebacks Subscription and recurring payments Experience building and scaling API-driven platforms. Strong collaboration with engineering teams on complex systems. Experience leading large cross-team initiatives. Strong strategic thinking and ability to define long-term product direction. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced or native-level English. About the Role: Health-E Commerce is seeking a Principal Data Product Manager – Platform & Ops to help shape the future of our modern data ecosystem. As a senior member of our centralized Data & Analytics team, you will drive strategy and operations for a growing organization, co-own the product roadmap, and ensure our data platform delivers scalable, reliable solutions that power business growth.
