Qualifications - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist, preferably within a rapidly scaling or evolving organization. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. - A solid understanding of core HR processes, including new hire onboarding, managing the full employee journey, performance review processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR metrics or reporting. - Experience in advising senior leadership and aligning HR initiatives with business strategy. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical in the gaming industry. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR decisions and measure impact. - English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or above.
