• Perform technical assessment of the current IGEL environment, including IGEL UMS configuration, ICGs, device profiles, and endpoint policies • Troubleshoot and resolve IGEL-related endpoint issues in collaboration with engineering and operations teams • Support configuration review, validation, and remediation activities across IGEL-managed devices • Assist with planning and execution of IGEL OS migration from version 11 to version 12, including sequencing, readiness, and rollout support • Participate in technical working sessions to review findings, provide recommendations, and support implementation activities • Support operational stability during migration activities, including identifying and resolving cross-system dependencies • Provide hands-on engineering support across IGEL UMS, endpoint devices, and related virtual desktop infrastructure as needed
• Support communication across internal teams and stakeholders to help ensure alignment and information flow • Accurately enter and maintain project and booking data within internal systems such as Power Apps to support data integrity and reporting • Assist with tracking bookings throughout the quarter and preparing basic summaries or reports for internal use • Support sales teams with timely and accurate entry of booking-related data, including tagging and documentation updates • Assist with coordination of the legal engagement process, including case setup, document tracking, and follow-ups to support completion of required approvals and signatures • Organize and maintain project documentation such as receipts, sales collateral, and proof of completion • Support updates to process documentation and assist in maintaining organized records for ongoing improvements • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the business development team as needed • Assist with tracking deal progress through internal systems, including order coordination and shipment status updates • Support preparation of materials for internal meetings by gathering inputs such as bill of materials and supporting documentation
• Perform assessments, architecture design, and implementation of Citrix solutions (CVAD, DaaS, NetScaler, etc.) • Lead client-facing engagements including workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep dives • Design and optimize Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions • Provide guidance on Citrix Cloud and hybrid/on-prem architectures • Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, scalability, and user experience issues • Lead or support migrations (e.g., on-prem to Citrix Cloud, legacy upgrades) • Collaborate with client stakeholders to align solutions with business and technical requirements • Produce and deliver high-quality documentation including design documents and runbooks • Assist in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and participate in solution scoping • Clearly communicate technical concepts to engineers, managers, and executive audiences • Support presales activities including solution design, estimates, and proposal contributions • Develop reusable assets such as reference architectures, templates, and best practices • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new opportunities • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, training sessions, and technical leadership initiatives
• Support internal PMO coordination, tracking, and reporting activities • Assist Project Managers with backend coordination tasks, including status reporting, time sheet and financial tracking • Data management across Smartsheet, ConnectWise, and document repositories • Resource coordination and scheduling • Coordinate and track non-project engagements, including staff augmentation
• Lead change initiatives using a Prosci-aligned methodology to support platform and program rollouts • Partner with stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop tailored communication and adoption strategies • Design and deliver training and enablement materials for end users • Maintain program documentation, timelines, and status reporting • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business, product, IT, and operations teams • Support feedback loops and continuous improvement by capturing user insights and adoption metrics
• Support execution of change management activities across multiple finance initiatives • Own and deliver core change management deliverables including communications, training materials, stakeholder analysis, and readiness artifacts • Execute established change plans across finance functions such as Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Operations, procurement, sourcing, and workplace services • Conduct and maintain change impact assessments to identify process, role, and system impacts • Support training planning and development across multiple stakeholder groups • Partner with project teams, functional stakeholders, and technical teams to support alignment and business readiness • Execute communications to keep stakeholders informed throughout implementation • Support GoLive readiness and post-GoLive activities to drive adoption and minimize disruption • Provide ongoing support across additional finance programs and smaller initiatives as they arise
• Partner with product teams to understand upcoming platform releases and assess user impact • Plan and manage communications related to feature updates, platform changes, and release announcements • Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to support change readiness and adoption • Identify stakeholder groups and tailor messaging to support effective communication and engagement • Review and optimize communication channels used to reach internal and external audiences • Support enablement efforts by helping coordinate messaging, materials, and release communications • Track progress across change initiatives and help ensure successful rollout of platform updates
• Manage operational execution of specialized funding initiatives, ensuring activities align with program requirements and timelines. • Track funding allocations, submissions, approvals, and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Maintain accurate data across multiple systems and reconcile discrepancies as needed. • Support reporting cycles by preparing summaries, performance insights, and status updates. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve program-related questions and ensure clarity of process. • Review funding activity to identify trends, anomalies, or areas requiring further analysis. • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data integrity.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. • Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet evolving business requirements. • Build custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components. • Create interactive and personalized learning environments within Salesforce Communities to effectively engage partners. • Develop LWC-based components within Experience Cloud (Communities) to enable course search functionality with dynamic filtering and registration capabilities. • Implement export functionality allowing course registrations to be downloaded in PDF or other required formats. • Integrate and display data from multiple external APIs within custom LWC components, including Catalogue Management tools. • Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation processes. • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services. • Provide ongoing production support, enhancements, and troubleshooting. • Conduct code reviews and support performance tuning and optimization. • Collaborate with business, sales, and service teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Manage deployments using change sets or CI/CD tools while adhering to development best practices. • Support Service Cloud functionality including case management, entitlements, knowledge base, omni-channel, and automation. • Support Sales Cloud features such as lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting. • Maintain documentation and ensure high-quality, maintainable deliverables.
