Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations management, or related roles.
- Experience supporting funding, incentive, or investment-based programs strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
- Experience working across multiple systems and reconciling information between platforms.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
