Finance Program Manager $65-69/hour, W2, 3-Month, Remote Contract Opportunity with a strong chance of extension Del Oro Consulting, a trusted consulting partner with 20 plus years of experience supporting top-tier technology clients, is seeking a Finance Program Manager to support one of our enterprise clients on a Finance AI agent program that will cover multiple functions within the Finance organization. This role is ideal for someone who has deep Finance Program and executive presence and thrives in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments with multiple workstreams and shifting priorities. This role will work alongside an existing Change Manager to support a portfolio of finance initiatives across multiple business functions. The consultant will partner with stakeholders to execute change management deliverables including communications, training, and readiness activities across various programs. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where the consultant will independently own and deliver change management activities within an established framework.
