Change Manager Remote | $50–54/hr W2 | Ongoing Consulting Contract Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders, is seeking a dynamic Change Manager with strong program management experience to support a high profile client. In this role, you will support communications and enablement initiatives related to a software license management platform and help drive successful adoption of platform updates and new capabilities. You will work closely with product teams to assess the impact of regular platform releases, manage communication channels, and support enablement efforts for both internal teams and external users. Responsibilities - Partner with product teams to understand upcoming platform releases and assess user impact - Plan and manage communications related to feature updates, platform changes, and release announcements - Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to support change readiness and adoption - Identify stakeholder groups and tailor messaging to support effective communication and engagement - Review and optimize communication channels used to reach internal and external audiences - Support enablement efforts by helping coordinate messaging, materials, and release communications - Track progress across change initiatives and help ensure successful rollout of platform updates Qualifications - Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management, program management, or project management roles - Experience supporting large scale platform or system rollouts - Strong understanding of change management and communications strategies - Experience working with cross functional teams including product, operations, and technical stakeholders - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills - Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working in both technical and business focused environments - Background in communications and enablement is a plus Who You Are - A strong communicator who can translate complex updates into clear messaging for different audiences - Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously - Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working with diverse teams in evolving environments Details of Position - Work Arrangement: Remote - Hourly Rate: $50–54/hour, W2 Consultant - Opportunity Type: Ongoing consulting engagement - Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with company match Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
