• Teach generalist HR fundamentals to beginners following an established curriculum • Motivate participants and support them in achieving their individual peak performance • Document attendance, learning progress, and performance levels of participants • Create and maintain a positive group dynamic in a fully online setting • Collaborate closely and virtually with our Learning and Careers teams • Actively contribute to curriculum development

Job Requirements

  • Generalist HR knowledge, e.g., through a degree, relevant training, or professional development
  • Confident use of DATEV in the HR area (e.g., payroll and salary / master data maintenance)
  • Ability to effectively lead learning processes
  • Ability to support participants with empathy
  • Very good German skills and sufficient English skills
