Job Requirements
- Generalist HR knowledge, e.g., through a degree, relevant training, or professional development
- Confident use of DATEV in the HR area (e.g., payroll and salary / master data maintenance)
- Ability to effectively lead learning processes
- Ability to support participants with empathy
- Very good German skills and sufficient English skills
