About the Role (your why): - You own a platform domain, which could be Identity and Access Management, Developer Experience and CI/CD, Performance and Observability, or another that fits the moment. - You set direction inside the domain, build standards and tooling, make technical decisions, and are accountable for adoption and outcomes. - Your customers are other engineers across the company, and success is measured by actual usage of what you build. What you'll do: - Build verification frameworks and pipelines. - Pair with product teams to verify intangible qualities of the product. - Assess the quality and coverage of current automation harnesses. - Fill gaps found in automation coverage. - Run experiments to assess adherence to architectural principles. - Write verification approach docs, failure-mode analyses, and coverage analyses. - Code on the frameworks and pipeline tooling you own. - Engage with shared AI tooling to enhance engineering efficiency.
