• You drive proactive business development and pre-sales, acquiring clients from your network and ours • You moderate and deliver XIAD workshops from the Microsoft series • You present at conferences, trade shows and events (e.g., TDWI, D:U, Automotive Masterminds) and take active speaker roles on podcasts for well-known brands • You maintain visible external and internal presence through trainings, workshops and active communication • You provide strategic AI consulting to clients and implement solutions operationally and hands-on • You work on innovative first-mover projects involving modern AI technologies • You build and actively maintain your personal thought-leadership presence (LinkedIn, communities, Viva Engage)
Job Requirements
- You have strong pre-sales and business development skills and possess technical understanding
- You have experience with, or a strong interest in, AI & data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric & Copilot, SAP AI Joule, Databricks, Blockbrain, or similar
- You demonstrate a high willingness to learn and are motivated to specialize and obtain certifications in the AI domain
- You have a solution-maker mindset: flexible, positive, customer-oriented, confident, an excellent communicator, and persuasive in presence
- You are willing to travel and enjoy active, hands‑on work as well as AI strategy consulting
- You maintain an active, professional LinkedIn presence and contribute internally as well
