Du arbeitest an einem unserer Standorte und hast gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, flexibel remote zu arbeiten: - Berlin - Hamburg Was Dich in Deiner neuen Aufgabe erwartet: - Du arbeitest in abwechslungsreichen Kundenprojekten und begleitest den gesamten Prozess von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Roll-out maßgeschneiderter Datenmodelle und Datenstrategien. - Du entwickelst und designst hochwertige Datenmodelle sowie datenqualitätsorientierte Datenarchitekturen entlang der gesamten Daten-Wertschöpfungskette – von Cloud-Plattformen über Datenpipelines bis hin zu BI-Reports und ML-Modellen. - Du definierst, implementierst und überwachst Datenqualitätsregeln, -kennzahlen sowie Governance-, Validierungs- und Kontrollmechanismen. - Du berätst Kunden an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich und IT zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Datenqualität sowie zum Einsatz von KI unter den Aspekten Qualität und Nachvollziehbarkeit. - Du leitest und moderierst Workshops zu Datenqualität, Künstlicher Intelligenz und Automatisierung und wechselst dabei flexibel zwischen Kundeninteraktion und technischer Umsetzung. - Du automatisierst Daten- und Qualitätsprozesse und entwickelst Dich dabei kontinuierlich fachlich wie technologisch weiter. Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar). - Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in Datenmodellierung und Datenarchitekturen – idealerweise mit Fokus auf Datenqualität im KI-Kontext. - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datenbanktechnologien sowie im Microsoft-Umfeld. - Erfahrung mit Plattformen wie Microsoft Fabric, Databricks oder Azure Synapse. - Sichere Beherrschung von Python und SQL. - Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Datenpipelines, ETL-Prozessen sowie idealerweise mit Tools wie dbt oder Orchestrierungslösungen. - Praxis in Cloud-Umgebungen sowie in der Automatisierung von Daten- und Qualitätsprozessen. - Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Moderationskompetenz sowie analytisches und strukturiertes Denken. - Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit. - Technologisch offen und lernbereit. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind.
