• Oversee the full lifecycle of custom manufacturing orders — from initiation to delivery. • Coordinate daily with factory teams to ensure accuracy, on-time production, and quality compliance. • Review samples, pre-production photos, and testing results to guarantee product standards. • Manage logistics, payments, and delivery schedules with internal and external partners. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction. • Partner with sales and customer success teams on high-value or complex projects, providing feasibility and technical insights. • Collaborate with design teams to verify design files, material selections, and production feasibility. • Maintain strict quality control throughout all production stages. • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing coordination, or project management in a product-focused company.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams and regions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Experience working with overseas or third-party manufacturers.
  • Familiarity with ERP or production-tracking systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
