• Build and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) by industry and use case • Create and manage outbound prospecting lists • Set up and manage outreach tools (email sequencing platforms, LinkedIn automation tools, etc.) • Write, test, and optimize cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences • Execute daily outbound across multiple channels: Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, Cold calling • Track and report daily activity metrics and weekly pipeline performance • Book qualified meetings and ensure proper handoff into the sales process • Continuously refine outreach strategy, messaging, and targeting • Help define benchmarks for success (conversion rates, cadence, pipeline quality)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR in B2B environments
- Experience working with similar deal sizes (approx. $2K–$5K AOV) and short sales cycles (2–4 weeks)
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, or similar)
- Experience using LinkedIn for outbound prospecting and automation
- Comfortable executing across multiple outbound channels simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build structured processes from scratch
- Self-directed and proactive — able to operate without a predefined system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Nice to have: Experience in custom products, promotional goods, events, signage, or similar industries
