Job Description

Security Operations Coordinator

Concentric Corporation

• Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security Operations. • Serve as the primary point of contact to oversee Concentric’s suite of physical security services for all client portfolios assigned to the coordinator (15-20 regular clients, other clients as assigned). • Assess the security implications and needs of client requests, and advise appropriate security solutions given the parameters of known client preferences, history of engagement with the client, and the security environment of each task. • Coordinate with Concentric’s internal teams to ensure all functions required by clients are met. • Liaise with internal teams to develop Concentric’s overall strategy for each client. • Receive client feedback directly and incorporate changes to Concentric client portfolios. • Serve as the primary point of contact for regular and ad hoc tasks initiated by assigned clients (typically, 5-10 tasks per week). • Maintain responsibility for: vendor engagement, facilitation of pre-employment screening, facilitation of onboarding paperwork, and management of vendor relationships in the long term.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in security, project management, business administration, or related degrees.
  • 2+ years working in a client-focused work environment.
  • Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
