• Drive the end-to-end design process: Take ownership of design from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach at every stage. Use AI tools to move faster through exploration, divergence, and iteration without compromising quality. • Design AI-powered experiences: Help define how AI capabilities surface in our products, designing for trust, transparency, and usefulness in features powered by models and agents. Develop strong intuition for what AI does well, where it fails, and how to design for both. • Prototype with AI: Use AI-assisted prototyping and code-generation tools to produce realistic, testable prototypes quickly, shortening the path from idea to validated learning. • Contribute to the design system: Work with our design system to ensure consistency while helping to improve and expand our component library, including patterns for AI-driven interactions. Serve as a primary domain expert in Codility product design. Foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture by providing feedback, coaching, guidance, and mentorship to other designers, including how to use AI tools well. • Conduct design reviews and iterate: Facilitate design reviews and gather feedback from the team, incorporating their insights to refine and iterate on design solutions. • Conduct user research and gather insights: Run research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behavior. Use AI to help synthesize research, surface patterns, and turn findings into actionable design improvements, while keeping a critical eye on what the models miss. • Create intuitive and visually appealing designs: Apply your expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design to create intuitive, engaging interfaces. Produce high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and specifications that clearly communicate your concepts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work within an autonomous team led by a product trio (designer, product manager, and engineering manager) to ensure seamless collaboration and effective execution. • Communicate with clarity: Articulate design concepts and rationale clearly in writing and verbally. • Own pipeline at the company redefining how engineering teams hire in the AI era • The company-wide pipeline number across inbound, outbound, and expansion, and the unit economics behind it • Full-funnel demand programs: website and traffic, paid media across search and LinkedIn, SEO, ABM, retargeting, re-engaging past customers, and events from high-touch executive gatherings to industry conferences and speaking slots • Answer engine optimization (AEO) as an emerging channel you build and own as buyers shift to AI-assisted research • The agencies, contractors, and consultancies we work with, managed to deliver outcomes • The MarTech stack, the attribution with RevOps, and clear reporting on pipeline, channel performance, and ROI • A fast test-and-learn engine: generate ideas, run experiments, kill what does not work, and scale what does • A close partnership with sales and product marketing in one revenue team, aligning campaigns to target accounts, ICP, messaging, and revenue priorities

What You’ll Bring: - M.A./M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Occupational Psychology, or a related field with 3–4+ years of applied experience, or a Ph.D. with 1-2+ years of applied experience. - Experience in at least one of the following areas: employee selection, talent assessment and validation, or Learning & Development (L&D), including skills frameworks or competency modeling. - Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in applied workflows, including using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support analysis, content creation, or decision-making.
