Support Specialist
Team Centro
• Onboard new clients and helps them integrate our API & launch payment methods • Investigate client-reported incidents & assist with questions via ticketing system • Use internal tools, logs, and monitoring systems (AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Kibana/Elasticsearch) • Work closely with our Development, Payments Operations, Sales teams to resolve merchant issues • Escalate requests to appropriate teams and facilitate/track them through resolution • Contribute to internal documentation
Job Requirements
- Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce
- Strong analytical, pattern recognition and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of card payments workflow and 3D Secure
- Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, and web technologies
- English (to email with clients, read and interpret technical documentation)
- Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems individually
- Adaptability to new patterns, quick-learner
- Comfortable working with SLAs/ticketing systems such as Jira.
- Nice to have: Experience with log analysis tools (e.g. AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
- Nice to have: Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
