Area Sales Manager

Campari Group

• Responsible to design and execute market-specific sales plans • Develop new channels based on the company strategy • Monitor forecasts /budgets/targets and depletions • Motivate and monitor distributors’ performance • Execute and monitor pricing strategies defined by CBT • Continually monitor competitor activities and keep up-to-date with industry and market trends • Be proactive in prospecting potential distributors and key outlets

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in spirits sales and distributor management
  • Solid experience within the Chinese market is a must
  • FMCG background, on / off premise, outlet management and ecommerce is a plus
