Role Description The role of the Collection Service Representative (CSR) is to support the needs of our clients in delivering exceptional service to their customers through telephone and where applicable email communication. The CSR will engage with customers to support the resolution of order issues, answer questions on their accounts and elevate any concerns to the proper team. Primary Job Duties - Work in assigned queue or worklist with goal of meeting daily targets of at least 150 outbound calls placed each day; specific targets may change based on client assignment and/or client expectations. - Meet established internal quality objectives including Monthly Account Audits and Call Quality Reviews, including client specific metrics related to call or quality measures. - Meet performance and maintain productivity requirements each day as based on time gap or other reporting. Role Description We are looking for a mid‑level Site Reliability Engineer focused on GCP to help us transition from a traditional IT Support model to a modern SRE operating model. You will design and implement our GCP‑based platform (GKE, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, GCP Operations Suite) and act as a hands‑on guide for our existing team as we adopt SRE ways of working, with a strong focus on automation and tooling in Python. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Senior GL Accountant to join our team and contribute to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate has solid expertise in US GAAP accounting practices, advanced knowledge of Excel and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in international corporations. Role Description The role of the Information Technology Technician is to oversee the operations and development of any in-house operations software. This position will lead a team of developers, manage the workflow while being the point of contact and owner for all API builds. Primary Job Duties - Provide technical, desktop, network, and general infrastructure support to all global Cadex employees. - Diagnose and resolve problems and conflicts using root cause analysis. - Complete Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tasks for Cadex and respective clients. - Manage active directory settings within corporate infrastructure.
