Information Technology Technician

Role Description The role of the Information Technology Technician is to oversee the operations and development of any in-house operations software. This position will lead a team of developers, manage the workflow while being the point of contact and owner for all API builds. Primary Job Duties - Provide technical, desktop, network, and general infrastructure support to all global Cadex employees. - Diagnose and resolve problems and conflicts using root cause analysis. - Complete Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tasks for Cadex and respective clients. - Manage active directory settings within corporate infrastructure. Secondary Job Duties - Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, tracking licenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Create, modify, and delete user accounts for any and all systems and software. - Assist in IT projects such as system migrations or new software implementations, contributing to planning and execution. - Assist in procurement of hardware, walk users through hardware setup. - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas. - Foster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regions. - Assist in IT project work as required. - Act as backup to other members of the IT Department. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted with.
