You'll collaborate with our Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate our AI-powered vision into real-world classroom impact. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience designing and delivering professional development for educators, with demonstrated success in both in-person and virtual formats. - Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices. - Experience working directly with K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, or school leaders. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills. - Comfort with educational technology and enthusiasm for AI's role in supporting instruction. - Availability and flexibility to take on a high volume of sessions during the August–September peak. - Ability to work independently and self-manage in a fast-paced, contract environment.
