• Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial agreements, including MSAs, partnership agreements, client agreements, and technology agreements, vendor contracts, professional services agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other strategic arrangements. • Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to senior leaders and cross-functional teams on contractual obligations, risk allocation, regulatory compliance, and the legal impact of strategic initiatives. • Identify legal and commercial risks, develop practical solutions, and negotiate terms that balance risk with business objectives. • Support RFP, RFI, and procurement processes by reviewing customer and vendor terms, advising on obligations, and supporting negotiations through execution. • Advise on legal issues related to payments, financial services, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, technology licensing, outsourcing, and regulatory compliance. • Support corporate governance matters, including maintaining corporate records, preparing board and committee materials, drafting corporate resolutions, and supporting regulatory filings and compliance initiatives. • Develop and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, legal policies, and internal guidance to improve efficiency and consistency. • Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the payments, banking, fintech, and financial services sectors and provide timely guidance on business impacts. • Manage external counsel as needed for specialized matters while ensuring cost-effective legal support. • Contribute to legal process improvements, governance frameworks, and operational initiatives that support Brim's growth.

• Focus on seamless execution across key areas of our credit card and payments platforms • Deliver complex partner integrations, and driving continued growth in our B2B clients • Support end-to-end product development: from design – implementation – launch – iteration and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver high-quality, scalable product solutions • Own parts of the delivery modules when deploying to new banks or new fintech clients. • Translate business and partner requirements into clear product requirements, technical specifications, and system designs • Define product positioning and value propositions through customer insights, market research, and industry trends • Drive execution excellence ensuring on-time, high-quality, and error-free delivery aligned with business priorities • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to continuously improve product outcomes • Establish strong cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams to deliver against shared goals • Mentor and lead product team members, fostering a high-performance, execution-focused culture

• Execute core accounting and bookkeeping duties; maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records • Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for key accounts • Be part of month-end and year-end closings; prepare analysis for key accounts • Be part of the customer invoicing process, including contracts review and interactions with cross-functional teams • Vendor management and invoice processing • Support financial forecast and budgeting processes • Support audit processes to work to strengthen internal controls and reporting procedures • Identify opportunities for automation in financial reporting processes

• Design, build, and maintain PHP and Python services and RESTful APIs across the full stack, with a focus on scalability, security, and long-term maintainability • Own features from technical design through deployment - making architectural decisions about data models, API contracts, and system interactions • Work with MySQL, JSON data structures, and third-party integrations across banking cores and payment networks • Build a deep understanding of our business domain - how credit card programs, rewards, and payment processing work - and use that context to make better engineering decisions • Contribute to technical planning and cross-functional discussions with product design • Help junior engineers grow through pairing and knowledge sharing

• Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of services across the full stack using PHP and Python, with a focus on scalability, security, and long-term maintainability • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate with banking cores, payment networks, and institutional partner systems • Optimize MySQL performance through query tuning, schema design, and data modeling for high-throughput financial transaction systems • Drive engineering standards for quality, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows across the team • Provide leadership and influence the team's AI tooling strategy - evaluating, adopting, and establishing best practices for AI-assisted development across the engineering organization • Champion security and compliance best practices appropriate for a regulated financial services platform • Bring deep business understanding to technical decisions - the best solutions come from engineers who understand the full picture, from cardholder experience to settlement • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on system design, full-stack fundamentals, and professional growth

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, setting clear goals and running structured development conversations that help people reach their next level • Identify skill gaps across the team - particularly around AI tooling and version control discipline - and build targeted development plans to close them • Own delivery and velocity outcomes for your team's projects - identifying bottlenecks early and keeping execution tight • Collaborate with product and cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize deliverables with a keen eye on feature velocity • Help establish engineering standards for CI/CD practices and development workflows that scale with team growth • Foster a culture of full-stack thinking - where engineers understand the business domain and take ownership of problems end-to-end, not just their corner of the codebase

• Continuously monitor credit card and payments transactions for unusual or suspicious activity. • Investigate fraud alerts, queues, and case escalations to determine the legitimacy of flagged transactions. • Develop, implement, and continuously improve fraud prevention strategies, controls, and procedures. • Work closely with risk management, customer service, operations, compliance, legal, and technology teams. • Generate detailed fraud analytics reports highlighting key metrics, trend analyses, incident summaries, and actionable insights.
