• Focus on seamless execution across key areas of our credit card and payments platforms • Deliver complex partner integrations, and driving continued growth in our B2B clients • Support end-to-end product development: from design – implementation – launch – iteration and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver high-quality, scalable product solutions • Own parts of the delivery modules when deploying to new banks or new fintech clients. • Translate business and partner requirements into clear product requirements, technical specifications, and system designs • Define product positioning and value propositions through customer insights, market research, and industry trends • Drive execution excellence ensuring on-time, high-quality, and error-free delivery aligned with business priorities • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to continuously improve product outcomes • Establish strong cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams to deliver against shared goals • Mentor and lead product team members, fostering a high-performance, execution-focused culture
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with strong domain expertise in US and Canada credit cards and payments (including prepaid and cross-border)
- Proven experience supporting large scale B2B product implementations
- Strong ability to solve business problems in a multi-faceted complex platform ecosystem
- Keen, demonstrated interest in driving growth through innovation and execution
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams and understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a drive to deliver results
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
- Bonus if you have Hands-on coding experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
- Experience working with AI/LLMs and collaborating closely with technical teams on AI-driven product features
