Role Description The Molecular Imaging Account Manager, Oncology is responsible for sales activities related to FDA approved, commercialized Blue Earth Diagnostics products within an assigned geography. The ideal candidate is responsible for promoting POSLUMA, developing opportunities, and growing and maintaining product utilization among targeted healthcare providers and administrators that are evaluating and managing prostate cancer patients. The Molecular Imaging Account Manager, Oncology will be expected to: - Manage a diverse range of customers via multiple settings. - Manage thought leader development across the customer arena. - Facilitate flawless collaboration and communication between all customers. - Understand and convey patient flow and referral networks across all physicians involved in evaluation and treatment decisions. - Actively partner with PET manufacturing partner/distributor servicing their respective geographies. - Represent Blue Earth Diagnostics at appropriate venues such as medical professional conferences, distributor meetings, and internal company events. - Comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines. This position will focus on the territory encompassing South Florida. Candidates located in this region and familiar with this territory are preferred. Role Description The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives across a defined territory through the promotion and development of Bracco’s radiology portfolio. Role Description The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will successfully position Bracco Diagnostics as a Strategic Partner for key IDNs that are currently or could potentially have a significant impact on our business. Strategic Account Managers will represent Bracco’s entire product line and will be the face of “One Bracco”. Overall, each SAM is expected to professionally represent the company within the current healthcare environment and is expected to effectively communicate our comprehensive portfolio of services and value enhanced solutions that will result in customer preference for Bracco products and services in their assigned IDNs. Each Strategic Account Manager is assigned up to five IDNs that have been identified as having strategic importance to Bracco’s business. Role Description The Clinical Specialist (CS) is responsible for integrating the company's technology into the Cardiac Cath, Hybrid OR and IR Labs of new and existing ACIST accounts. The CS installs ACIST equipment/devices, educates customers on the optimal usage and builds relationships at multiple call points to ensure long term customer satisfaction. The CS contributes to consumable product goal attainment through consultative selling, education and procedural support in an assigned territory and as a team member in identified key accounts. Assigned territory includes the state of Kansas and Oklahoma. Ideally, the successful candidate will be located in the Oklahoma City or Kansas City metropolitan areas. Role Description Reporting to the Director, Strategic Accounts, the Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM) will represent Blue Earth Diagnostics Inc. and its products. The SAM has an essential role in developing and delivering strategic solutions to external and internal customers while supporting the development of market partnerships, internal strategic development, and field support. The SAM is a customer-facing employee with KOL and C-suite personnel across specific medical specialties and geographies. The SAM will develop and maintain long-term, peer-to-peer relationships with these critical stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other health care professionals specializing in the treatment of prostate cancer in key institutions in the US. The SAM will address the identified needs of key stakeholders by providing relevant and compliant data and developed processes to ensure appropriate on-label utilization through enhanced patient access to company products. Additionally, the SAM will serve as the strategic conduit to industry partners, group leaders, and internal company personnel. This position will focus on the territory encompassing the West. Role Description Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant plays a key role in the monthly financial close process, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses within the North America Finance Shared Services organization. This position collaborates closely with finance team members and stakeholders across North American legal entities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records and reporting. - Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules, and perform financial analyses related to the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. - Prepare, review, and analyze account reconciliations, investigating and resolving reconciling items in a timely manner. - Support interim and year-end external audit activities by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries. - Review and analyze prepaid expense accounts to ensure proper accounting treatment and timely expense recognition. - Maintain fixed asset registers and generate related reporting. - Provide depreciation forecast information to the Financial Planning team upon request. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support as needed related to the capital acquisition process. - Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled timely and accurately. - Maintain shared services performance levels. - Prepare intercompany balance confirmations report on a quarterly basis. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual government reports. - Assist in ad-hoc projects (e.g. to streamline, automate and simplify various G/L activities). - Provide general accounting support in other day-to-day responsibilities. - Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to support a strong internal control environment and operational consistency. Role Description The Area Sales Director, Cardiology (ASD) is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing Molecular Imaging commercial team focused on the growth and adoption of Bracco’s Molecular Imaging portfolio within cardiology. This role provides strategic leadership to Molecular Imaging Account Managers and partners closely with Clinical Applications Specialists to drive customer success, clinical adoption, market development, and revenue growth across the assigned geography. The ASD is accountable for achieving sales objectives, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding IDN and enterprise partnerships, and executing commercial initiatives that support long-term business growth. This leader will coach and develop direct reports, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and serve as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical Applications, and Executive Leadership. Role Description Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will represent Blue Earth Diagnostics Inc. (BED) and its products. The MSL will develop and maintain long-term, peer-to-peer relationships with critical stakeholders including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other health care professionals specializing in prostate cancer in key cancer centers in the US. The MSL will address the identified needs of key stakeholders by providing relevant and compliant medical and scientific support in an effort to ensure appropriate education regarding radiopharmaceuticals and disease states. Additionally, the MSL will foster local and/or national research and educational opportunities as an extension of BED’s Medical Affairs resources when appropriate. Responsibilities - Maintains a Territory Strategy plan and develops KOL engagement: - Be knowledgeable in Brand and USMA annual plan - Establish a quarterly BED USMA regional scientific network plan for tactical contribution to the Brand and USMA plans. - Build and strengthen professional relationships with local/regional/national Urology, Oncology, Nuclear Medicine KOLs, and cancer centers of excellence. - Identify and develop advisors, speakers and disease state experts. - Serve as a key clinical/scientific resource to these specialists/KOLs/cancer centers within assigned geography. - Maintains scientific and clinical expertise: - Maintain thorough knowledge of disease state, clinical information, and product data within the therapeutic area. - Attend national congresses and meetings and, as requested, provide medical and scientific booth support. - Professionally represent the company at trade shows and conferences, in compliance with industry regulations. - Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of imaging techniques, clinical information, and product data within the diagnostic and radiopharmaceutical arena. - Maintain current clinical and professional certifications. - Drive scientific exchange, internally and externally, and executes research initiatives: - Develop strategies and tactics to effectively communicate complex scientific information. - Ascertain critical competitive intelligence through one-on-ones, group presentations and attendance at medical meetings and appropriately communicate information back to BED’s senior management. - Support Clinical/R&D in the facilitation of Investigator Initiated Studies (IISs) and other research initiatives. - Identify opportunities to partner with KOLs and principal investigators on disease state education/publication and specific clinical trial initiatives. - Support medical education initiatives such as speaker development, advisory board support and serve as a resource to review materials for medical accuracy. - Supports operations/policy and internal partners: - Provide technical support and training to field commercial and account teams. - Maintain working knowledge of the company’s products, providing guidance and information on products and their use. - Work with cross-functional teams as agreed upon with your manager to support brand objectives. - Adhere to and manage travel and local expenses to meet BED policy while being compliant with all company policy. - Other duties as determined by business needs. As a Field Service Technician you will develop and maintain strong relationships with ACIST Medical Systems customers by providing quality technical support of the company’s electro-mechanical devices. You will also provide preventive maintenance, emergency field service and installation of ACIST products within a specified geographical area. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Respond to all customer requests for service by establishing cause of equipment failure and performing repairs. This requires the use of proprietary software and tools to determine and correct system failures. - Replace parts needed to correct malfunction and perform proper tests to ensure operation of the equipment after repair. Testing requires use of electronic equipment and fixtures unique to ACIST injectors. - Respond to requests for emergency service as required. This may include after-hours and weekends. - Assist with or perform the installation of proprietary injector systems at customer locations as requested. The injector may connect to OEM equipment and possibly the hospital network. - Prepare detailed service and failure records for work performed and enter all information into the ACIST service tracking database. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through knowledge of injector systems and the use of verbal and listening communication skills. - Effectively plan, organize and prioritizes workload and schedule travel to respond to all service calls within budget. - Assure all regulatory compliance issues are being followed in the department’s activities, e.g. GMPs, ISO, and Corporate QA and ethics policies. - Maintain tools and test equipment in accordance with Company policy. If calibration is required, submit to Factory at designated times. - Provide assistance, as needed, to home-office Customer Support, the Service Project Engineer or other Field Service Team members. - Maintain trunk inventory by safeguarding assets and entering usage into NAV. Perform cycle counts as required and minimize variances to meet established goals. - Perform periodic preventive maintenance on equipment as required by contract or as stipulated by the engineering department. Establish schedules to ensure that preventive maintenance is performed at each customer site within the service region. To conduct preventive maintenance it is necessary to use proprietary test equipment developed for ACIST injector systems. - Perform modifications or updates (hardware and software) to injector systems as required. Software updates require use of special software and operating system developed internally. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Minimum - Associates degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronic Technology, BioMed, or combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. - 1+ years experience in service, troubleshooting, analyzing and formulating solutions of electro-mechanical equipment, or Clinical Technologist experience (CT/MR). - Strong verbal, interpersonal and communication skills. - Customer service orientation. - Excellent analytical skills, especially in problem solving. - Electro-mechanical and hand-tool skills. i.e. wrenches and screw drivers - Knowledge on the use of measurement equipment (i.e. Digital Multi Meter, caliper, micrometer) - Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics. - Workload management and planning; attention to detail. - Computer experience: PC, Microsoft Office and database applications. - Familiarity with ISO, FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Quality Systems. - Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes directions and drawings to mechanically assemble components (e.g., sheet metal parts, electrical parts) - The ability to maintain accurate documentation (e.g., record trace ability information onto routers, and transact materials online) - Ability to work as a team player while working autonomously within a defined region. Preferred: - Experience in field service related to medical equipment is preferred. - Experience as CT/MR Technologist is a plus. Other: - The environment is deadline sensitive. Frequent high-pressure situations in dealing with customers, field representatives, and management.
