Role Description We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled Contingent Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who excels at building relationships, sourcing hard-to-find candidates, and making an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Client Engagement & Search Management - Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs, define search strategy, and align on priorities. - Act as a strategic advisor and partner to clients, delivering speed, accuracy, and value in every search. - Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for contingent searches — from intake to placement. - Work closely with account management to identify upsell opportunities and deepen client relationships. - Sourcing & Recruiting - Identify and engage top talent for Marketing and sales roles. - Proactively build pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and internal databases. - Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and career alignment. - Present thoroughly vetted candidates to clients with strong summaries and market insight. - Maintain candidate engagement and manage communication throughout the recruiting process. - Operations & Technology - Maintain accurate and organized records in Salesforce and other internal systems. - Track activity, candidate flow, and placement metrics. - Continuously refine search strategies based on data, results, and market trends. Qualifications - 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in contingent or agency search, focused on sales and/or marketing. - A track record of success in placing technical professionals in fast-paced environments. - Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage passive candidates. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong time management and organizational ability — able to juggle multiple open roles and client needs. - Comfortable with metrics and accountability in a performance-based culture. - Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
