• Ticket handling: Respond to and resolve customer support tickets • Level 1 (L1) Support: Provide initial support for common issues • Documentation: Create and update support documentation • System monitoring: Monitor systems and networks • Updates and maintenance: Participate in preventive maintenance activities • Incident reporting: Collect and compile data on support incidents
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Information Technology degree (minimum 6th semester, maximum 7th semester)
- Advanced English proficiency preferred
