• Contribute to end-to-end omnichannel experiences by designing flows, interactions, and interfaces that connect digital and in-store touchpoints • Apply and contribute to design systems, patterns, and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across customer journeys • Plan and conduct usability testing and small-scale research, translating insights into iterative improvements • Translate and contribute to user insights, product strategy, and business goals into clear problem statements and scalable design solutions • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences • Leverage modern design tools and AI capabilities to accelerate exploration, iteration, and communication of ideas • Contribute to shared design systems, documentation, and best practices to improve consistency across teams
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience across UX research, interaction design, UI, content design, and validation
- A strong foundation in core product design skills, with depth in at least one area
- Experience designing end-to-end experiences, with an understanding of broader user journeys
- Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Ability to apply design systems, accessibility standards, and best practices
- Experience with Figma, Confluence, and Jira, along with exposure to AI-enabled tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
