• Develop strategies for data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization, taking into account the different types of data involved, with a focus on Big Data (Data Lake, Delta Lake). • Ensure the project is aligned with the company’s strategic vision and with data governance standards (to be established by this role in collaboration with the area’s Data Architect). • Manage a multidisciplinary data team, including data engineers, data analysts, data architect, and other related profiles. • Foster a collaborative and motivating environment that promotes the team’s professional development. • Oversee the integrity, security, and quality of the data collected and used in the project. • Implement data governance best practices to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to protect data against threats and vulnerabilities. • Identify opportunities to implement new technologies or methodologies that can optimize data management and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Experience leading Data and Analytics teams, including people management, prioritizing requests, and delivering business-oriented solutions.
  • Knowledge of Databricks, SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data architecture.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization, as well as data governance, data quality, and KPI definition.
  • Familiarity with agile practices and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Certifications or courses in data, analytics, cloud, and leadership are a plus.
  • Analytical profile with strategic vision, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect data to business objectives.
