• Financial Modeling and Valuation: Develop and manage complex models for asset valuation and long-term project feasibility. • Planning Cycle: Support coordination of Budget and Forecast processes, linking financial planning to growth targets. • Sensitivity Analysis: Create risk scenarios and simulations to support decision-making by the executive team and C-levels. • Value KPIs: Design indicators to monitor the efficiency of capital allocation and the economic value generation of business units.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance or Controllership (plus).
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and applied financial mathematics.
- Deep understanding of financial statement analysis and discounted cash flow (DCF).
- Experience in feasibility analysis for infrastructure projects or retail/education expansion (plus).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with RM TOTVS is a plus).

The Finance Transformation & Reporting intern will gain invaluable hands-on experience at Tivity Health working directly with executive leadership, senior leaders, and process owners across both our Finance and IT departments. We are looking for students with strong analytical and financial mindsets, digitally engaged, and who are extremely data curious! Our Finance Transformation vision is to drive cohesive digitalization across Finance, deliver working capital improvement, and eliminate inefficiencies leveraging automated solutions.
