• Perform initial contingency calculations. • Perform contingency calculations for decisions (judgments and appellate decisions). • Prepare execution-phase calculations (submissions, objections, and various filings). • Prepare supporting calculations for EE and AP, draft counter-arguments, settlement breakdowns, and calculation updates. • Respond to attorneys' emails. • Prepare accounting opinions/reports. • Prepare provision calculations. • Perform judgment quantification (liquidation), defenses (contestations) and enforcement calculations.

• Map opportunities within public agencies (municipal, state, and federal levels) • Identify public tenders, price registration records and other procurement opportunities • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the public sector • Conduct institutional visits and technical/commercial meetings • Work on expanding existing contracts (upsell and cross-sell)

• Implement and configure the Benner Legal solution; • Train system users; • Provide ad-hoc support via phone, email, and the company's internal systems; • Implement and configure client-specific routines; • Support consultants and project managers.

• The professional will be responsible for driving system adoption and engagement among clients. • Act strategically to identify improvement opportunities, resolve issues, and propose actions that maximize the software's value. • This role requires technical skills, business acumen and project management ability. • Serve as the primary connection point among Benner's internal areas (Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales and Projects), ensuring alignment of initiatives focused on customer success. • Metrics Monitoring and Analysis: Track and interpret system usage indicators such as logins, access to key modules, average session duration and NPS; • Diagnosis and Intervention: Conduct diagnostics with clients to identify barriers to adoption, such as lack of training or technical difficulties; • Conducting Training and Enablement: Plan and deliver hands-on training to expand efficient system use; • Adoption Action Management: Prioritize and plan initiatives according to the client profile and expected impact; • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Prepare detailed reports on the results of actions taken, including lessons learned and success indicators.

• Perform contingency provisioning considering court judgments and appellate decisions. • Prepare labor-related calculations at all stages of proceedings, with emphasis on judgment liquidation, enforcement/execution, and objections to calculations. • Analyze and interpret court decisions (judgments and appellate decisions) to correctly apply calculation parameters. • Prepare technical inputs for appeals (Embargos de Execução, Agravo de Petição, and reply briefs/counter-arguments), as well as itemized breakdowns of amounts in judicial settlements. • Perform judgment liquidation, defense/answer (contestação), and enforcement/execution.

• Perform contingency provisioning/recognition of provisions considering judgments and appellate decisions. • Prepare labor (employment) calculations at all stages of litigation, with a focus on judgment liquidation, enforcement/execution, and disputing calculations. • Analyze and interpret judicial decisions (judgments and appellate rulings) to correctly apply calculation parameters. • Develop technical input for appeals (Execution Embargoes, Agravo de Petição, and reply briefs), as well as itemize amounts in judicial settlements. • Execute sentence liquidation, defenses/answers, and enforcement procedures.

• Prestar apoio no planejamento e nas definições de estratégia de testes para um projeto de software de baixa complexidade, realizando análise dos requisitos, identificando cenários de teste relevantes, definindo critérios de aceitação e elaborando planos de teste detalhados. • Elaborar e executar casos de teste detalhados, identificando cenários de teste, dados de entrada e critérios de saída, para verificar a funcionalidade correta do software. • Realizar testes funcionais, a fim de verificar se o software atende aos requisitos especificados. • Realizar testes não funcionais, verificando desempenho, segurança, usabilidade, entre outras funcionalidades dos softwares. • Identificar e documentar qualquer defeito encontrado no software durante a execução dos testes, incluindo a descrição detalhada do problema, a captura de evidências, a atribuição de prioridades e a colaboração com a equipe de desenvolvimento para a resolução dos defeitos. • Trabalhar em conjunto com desenvolvedores e analistas de negócio em **metodologias ágeis** • Executar testes de regressão à medida que o software é atualizado ou modificado, a fim de garantir que as alterações não tenham introduzido novos defeitos ou afetado negativamente o funcionamento existente.
