• Perform contingency provisioning/recognition of provisions considering judgments and appellate decisions. • Prepare labor (employment) calculations at all stages of litigation, with a focus on judgment liquidation, enforcement/execution, and disputing calculations. • Analyze and interpret judicial decisions (judgments and appellate rulings) to correctly apply calculation parameters. • Develop technical input for appeals (Execution Embargoes, Agravo de Petição, and reply briefs), as well as itemize amounts in judicial settlements. • Execute sentence liquidation, defenses/answers, and enforcement procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the area
  • Proficiency in Excel and PJECalc
