Chief Technology Officer

• Provide executive leadership on technology strategy and long-term direction • Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business priorities and growth objectives • Identify opportunities to drive innovation, efficiency, and enhanced client delivery across the AEC business • Guide the evaluation and evolution of systems, infrastructure, and digital capabilities • Support the organization through change, growth, and transformation initiatives • Maintain awareness of AEC industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or executive education preferred
- 20+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including executive-level responsibility
- Demonstrated experience shaping and executing enterprise technology strategy within complex organizations, preferably within the AEC industry
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives such as digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, or system implementations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology strategy to operational and financial outcomes
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence at the highest levels of the organization
- Experience within engineering, professional services, or similarly complex industries preferred
