For this role, the firm is seeking a highly experienced Conflicts Attorney with extensive Governance expertise and at least 10 years of Big Law experience in conflicts and professional responsibility matters. This is a newly created role where you will be reporting to and partnering with the Controller to oversee a range of general accounting operations including financial close, reporting, auditing, maintaining the General Ledger and ensuring GAAP Compliance. You will be a part of a collaborative accounting department and work closely with the FP&A, Financial Technology, and other teams.   The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in both public accounting and in-house accounting with time in a supervisory/management role.
