Role Description The Associate, Commercial Processor is responsible for all aspects of pipeline management including but not limited to the processing of loans for the wholesale commercial mortgage lending team. Role Description The Consumer Collections Pod Leader will build and run a new consumer collections channel from scratch within our servicing platform. This contract Technical Recruiter (Sourcing) will partner closely with hiring managers, recruiting leadership, and business stakeholders to build high-quality technical talent pipelines across Bayview’s technology and business functions. This role is ideal for a strategic and execution-oriented sourcing professional who understands how to identify meaningful technical talent signals, engage passive candidates thoughtfully, and contribute to high hiring standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Identify and engage exceptional passive technical candidates using thoughtful, multi-channel sourcing strategies. - Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines with a clear focus on quality over quantity. - Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define strong candidate profiles. - Leverage sourcing channels including technical communities, open-source ecosystems, forums, events, and niche talent networks. - Use technical screening and strategy to streamline ongoing active requisition searches and interviews. - Collaborate effectively with recruiting, HR, and business teams in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Minimum 3+ years of experience sourcing technical talent within a corporate recruiting or agency environment. - Proven experience sourcing technical talent for organizations with high hiring standards. Requirements - Strong sourcing, research, and candidate engagement capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to evaluate technical candidate quality beyond traditional recruiting metrics. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously. - Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools is preferred. - Experience engaging technical communities and open-source ecosystems is a plus. - Strong ability to identify technical talent signals beyond resumes, keywords, or employer brand recognition. - Ability to assess candidate authenticity, depth of experience, and overall caliber throughout the sourcing process. - Experience sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates across multiple markets. - Ability to balance sourcing strategy development with hands-on execution. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong accountability and ownership. - Experience supporting technical recruiting efforts within financial services or related industries is a plus.
