POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, The Business Data Analyst II provides support in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents. Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks. Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods. Maintains a current internal documentation library. Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Active Secret Clearance - Five (5) years relevant experience - Familiar with DLA funding policy and procedures. - Advanced MS Excel formula and data manipulation skills to be utilized for, but not limited to data analysis and reporting. - Thorough understanding of DoD budget and funding execution process (i.e., PBR; FMR; general knowledge/experience with MIPRs and funding documents). - Experience with understanding financial strategies and financial information related to resourcing requirements and execution (i.e., spend plans, reconciliation tasks, etc.) - Ability to communicate effectively and to work on projects or tasks independently. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Supply Chain Systems Process Integration Specialist provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments. Conduct detailed functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems. Participate in all phases of software development with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation phases. Present system designs for stakeholder approval at formal reviews. Perform configuration management, integrate software, interpret software test results, and recommend solutions for unsatisfactory test results. Provide life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Provide solutions to identify software problem reports. Lead others.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the SAP Consultant must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience that is directly related to the following duties and responsibilities: Experience as a SAP functional architect on a large-scale SAP supply chain implementation. Provides architecture SAP technical and functional supply chain solution strategies for DoD logistics networks in demand and distribution planning, collaboration, inventory optimization, and reporting. Provides functional direction with design, configuration, development, testing and training SAP supply chain planning enterprise applications. Provides technical direction of supply chain analysis to include business value mapping, organizational readiness and planning application configuration reviews. Provides technical direction of the development of SAP supply chain solutions for DoD logistics networks in demand and distribution planning, collaboration, inventory optimization, and reporting. Uses SAP (S/4 and IBP) Planning Suites to assist with planning, preparation, and simulation of DoD strategic, operational, and tactical supply chain impacts. Assists with the reviews and validation of forecasting algorithms and configurations.
