POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Business Data Analyst provides matrixed analytical support to all portfolio programs, including business case analyses, project planning, business process reengineering (BPR), data analysis of IT performance metrics, and ability to present and defend findings and recommendations. Requires knowledge of common portfolio tools such as MS Power Business Intelligence, the EFM Portfolio’s Task Management and tracking system, the PEO Task Tracker, DLA Task Management Took (TMT), DLA SharePoint, and EFM’s Workspaces in ServiceNow including Program, Project, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Routing Assignment Visualization for Enterprise Needs (RAVEN). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Active Secret Clearance - Must hold a Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority - Must have Seven (7) years relevant experience - Must have Four (4) years of experience supporting DLA EFM enterprise tools and capabilities, - Two (2) years of experience supporting DLA Agile development programs, - Experience working with: - MS Suite - MS Word and Excel - MS Access - Project Management - Power Point This is a remote position.

Department Overview The mission of the Information Technology Group (ITG) is to develop, implement and maintain technology-based services and solutions enabling OHSU to effectively manage information to accomplish its missions. Members of the Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (BIAA) team work to apply knowledge and best practices to develop, analyze, implement, maintain, and assist end users in leveraging applications and BI Tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, etc.) to analyze enterprise data for informed decision making throughout the organization.
