Role Description As the Regional Manager for Technical Training, you are a key member of the North & Central America (NCA) Operations Training team reporting to the Director, Global Technical Training. You will contribute to the success of Ball by deploying and executing the technical training program within the region (NCA). You will ensure all plants follow the standard process defined by the Director, Technical Training and the Talent Development Community of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and collaborate with HR and plant management to ensure consistent enhanced technical proficiency across the organization. - Strong Collaboration and Coordination with Talent Development COE: Work closely with the Talent Development COE to utilize the design and development of content and learning methodologies. - Training Program Execution: Execute comprehensive technical training programs (Pathways), ensuring alignment with enterprise standards; and monitor training metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of training programs. - Continuous Learning Culture: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning within the region, emphasizing the importance of ongoing technical development to adapt to evolving industry standards and practices. - Change Management Collaboration: Work closely with HR and plant management to identify and develop change management plans and communication for plants. Deliver communications to regional stakeholders. - Foster Operational Excellence: Execute the elements of the Ball Operational Excellence training pillar within the region, ensuring stakeholders understand the element requirements. - Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate training outcomes, progress, and challenges to stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the plants in the region, the Director of Technical Training, and the Talent Development COE to facilitate alignment and coordination of training initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years managing, deploying, and leading a regional execution of technical training across multiple facilities, preferably within the manufacturing industry. - In-depth knowledge of technical training program execution and managing consistency in training programs across a large region. - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Requirements - In-depth knowledge of adult learning and development methodologies and instructional design of technical programs. Benefits - Expected Hiring Salary Range: $98,900 - $141,330 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.) - This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan. - This position is eligible to be REMOTE in the U.S., with a home base within a 50-mile radius of a major airport, due to travel (up to 30%) requirements.

Role Description e2L Coaches serve with humility, innovate strategically, and want to grow professionally. We are open to current and former teachers, instructional coaches, and leaders who are strong in best practices and systems thinking with a variety of educational backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be a culture fit with our team and have the ability to travel nationally, including overnight. e2L contracts service days with school districts and assigns them to our coaches, thus fulfilling e2L coach contracted days. Coaches have choice in the number of desired work days. Salary is based on anticipated coaching days. Our coaches typically work a range of 75-140 days per academic year on site. e2L Coaches are assigned to clients for a variety of reasons including: - Specialties/certifications - Experience - Geographic location - Needs of the district In addition to on-site coaching, we meet three times a year for planning and professional development.
